Nicole Kofman was a third year Honours Chemistry Co op student from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. Her passions include analytical and inorganic chemistry as well as science mentorship. At CDRD, she worked in the Analytical and Pre-Formulations division where she analyzed antibody drug conjugate samples for cancer therapy using various Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry techniques to determine their physical and chemical properties. In the future she hopes to take this unique experience and chemistry knowledge and combine it with artificial intelligence.

Jung-Bahadur Singh Kandola
Jung-Bahadur was a 3rd year student majoring in Biology at the University of British Columbia. As part of the Biologics division at CDRD, he was immersed in an antibody development environment with a role specifically focussing on high-throughput antibody screening, antibody characterisation and mammalian tissue culture. After completing his Bachelor of Science degree, he hopes to obtain a career in medicine during which he can use his experiences in a research laboratory setting to enhance clinician-scientist research relationships and initiatives.

Jenny was a member of the Data Integrity team at CDRD. Her work helped support the quality management system, ensure the accuracy, traceability, and overall integrity of CDRD’s scientific deliverables. She is currently a student at UBC, majoring in pharmacology and minoring in commerce. She is especially interested in, and hopes to further study how science, commerce, and public policy can work synergistically to optimize public health and health outcomes.

Bill was a fifth-year Honours Chemical Biology Co-op Student from McMaster University in Hamilton, ON. As a Dean’s Honour List student actively engaged in extra-curricular student leadership roles, he comes from a background of using informatics approaches to address research questions and has a keen interest in bio-analytical chemistry and biomarker discovery. At CDRD, he was a member of the Pharmacology and Toxicology team where he characterized drug candidate's in vitro ADME properties and identified potential toxicities. In his spare time, Bill can be found hiking or enjoying live music and loves playing and watching hockey. He hopes to pursue graduate studies before beginning a career in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.

Sean was a fifth-year student from Camlachie, Ontario studying Biochemistry with a specialization in Biomedical Research at McMaster University. He has previously worked in and completed his senior thesis in a structural biology lab where he helped develop an assay to screen for novel cancer drugs. At CDRD he worked in the Screening division where assays are developed for high-throughput compound screening to identify hits for drug development.
