Program Costs, Application Criteria & Process
The market cost of this program is an estimated $20,000 CDN, but thanks to the generous support of Pfizer Canada, The adMare BioInnovations Academy is able to offer the 2020-2021 Executive Institute with NO FEE* to participants.
Participants are responsible only for their own travel, accommodation and other costs related to attending program workshops, and any other ancillary expenses related to program participation.
* To ensure full their commitment, participants will be required to provide a $5,000 deposit, fully refundable upon successful completion of the program (which requires full participation in ALL workshops and Accountability Group sessions, and completion of ALL coaching, assessments, and any related assignments.

The program is open to a maximum of 20 senior career life sciences professionals – generally C-level and senior executives in the top three tiers of the organization (including CEOs themselves) who have 10-15 years of management experience and leadership responsibility.
As the adMare Academy is firmly committed to addressing issues of gender disparity, and to supporting diversity in the Canadian life sciences sector, specific priority and focus will be given to women and other under-represented groups.
Candidate assessment will be based on relative level of experience and accomplishment in the life sciences industry; approval from your company’s CEO is required.
Applications will be reviewed, and participants selected by an independent panel of industry experts representing extensive and varied Canadian life sciences experience.
As per above, participation requires a full commitment to and engagement in ALL aspects of the complete 10-month program, including any/all assigned workshop or other pre-work or assignments.
