adMare BioInnovations Welcomes 22 Influential Life Sciences Leaders to Cohort VI of the adMare Academy Executive Institute

Vancouver, BC, Toronto, ON, and Montreal, QC (November 28, 2023) – adMare BioInnovations (adMare) is pleased to welcome 22 life sciences leaders to Cohort VI of the adMare Academy’s Executive Institute.  

The adMare Academy’s high-value, high-impact talent development programs build the essential personnel needed to drive the Canadian life sciences ecosystem. The Executive Institute is an eight-month, custom-designed executive development program. During the program, professionals in the life sciences sector develop their leadership abilities in collaboration with industry peers, benefiting from their collective experiences within the Canadian life sciences landscape. Through executive dinners and optional conferences, hosted by prominent industry collaborators BIOTECanada and Bloom Burton & Co., participants build new connections, deepen relationships, and strengthen their networks.

Collectively, spanning the five preceding cohorts, the Executive Institute has trained 89 life sciences leaders impacting 95 organizations. Among former program participants, 96% are employed in the Canadian life sciences industry. 

adMare acknowledges diversity as a pillar of strength within Canada and is committed to leveraging the adMare Academy programs to bridge the gender gap in leadership roles and create pathways for underrepresented groups — notably, 54% of participants in the previous cohorts of the program identify as women.
