adMare Executive Institute Opens Applications for Eighth Cohort

Vancouver (BC), Toronto (ON), and Montreal (QC) – July 29, 2025 – The adMare Academy is now accepting applications for the eighth cohort of its exclusive Executive Institute, Canada’s premier leadership development program tailored for senior professionals in the life sciences sector.

Designed to support adMare’s mission of building globally competitive Canadian life science companies, the Executive Institute equips leaders with the skills, networks, and insights needed to scale their organizations and strengthen the national life sciences ecosystem. Since its launch, the Executive Institute has empowered 129 participants from more than 100 life science organizations across Canada, creating a lasting impact through a rigorous curriculum, expert coaching, and a vibrant alumni network.

Cohort VIII will run from October 2025 to April 2026, featuring three multi-day in-person workshops in Montreal, Calgary, and Vancouver, along with a capstone presentation and graduation event in Toronto. Participants will also have the opportunity to attend key life sciences events across Canada, thanks to partnerships with BIOTECanada, Bloom Burton, and provincial life sciences organizations. We welcome additional partnerships with organizations that share our vision of developing the talent that drives a globally competitive Canadian life sciences sector.

At adMare, we build strong Canadian life sciences companies that attract investment, create jobs, and deliver innovation to patients. That requires more than great science, it takes great leadership. The Executive Institute plays a critical role by arming experienced leaders with the tools, assurance and connections required to grow their enterprises and elevate the broader life sciences sector,” said Gordon C. McCauley, President & CEO, adMare BioInnovations.

adMare is committed to advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion in Canadian life sciences leadership — 55% of previous Executive Institute participants self-identified as women—and welcomes applicants from equity-deserving groups.

The Executive Institute is designed for mid-career executives working in Canadian life sciences companies who are interested in enhancing their leadership potential to drive growth. We invite applications by no later than September 5, 2025. Additional details and the program application form can be found at https://www.admarebio.com/en/executive-institute.
