Dr. Bouvier is a distinguished professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine and principal investigator at the Institute for Research in Immunology and Cancer (IRIC) of the Université de Montréal (UdeM) and has been CEO of IRIC since 2014.
Dr. Bouvier is a world-renowned expert in the field of G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs), and made numerous seminal contributions to our understanding of this major class of drug targets that have led to applications for human health. He will present: ‘Functional selectivity of GPCR signaling and its spatio-temporal propagation; toward the design of better drugs?’
