Our programs are open to individuals interested in a career in the life sciences industry, either currently employed or working/training in academia, with a view to transitioning to commercial organizations.
Priority will be given to participants residing in Canada.

BIS Program:

Foundations

This program is designed for graduate students or individuals with at least a B.Sc. or equivalent degree who are interested in pursuing or already employed in roles in biopharma R&D and innovation.

BIS Program:

Industry Essentials

This program is designed for post-secondary students or early-career life sciences professionals without a background in science who are interested in roles that support innovation or are adjacent to R&D.

    Virtual, cohort model

  • Certificate of Completion:
    Yes. Issued following completion of all assigned content by the program closure date. Participation in the live webinar is optional but recommended.

The program fees support adMare’s ability to offer these programs and help to cover some of the costs associated with the curriculum and program delivery.

BIS Program:

Foundations


Spring 2025 Cohort begins April 7, 2025, and finishes May 30, 2025.

  • The live webinars are scheduled for April 24, May 8,  and May 22, all at 5 pm - 6 pm ET/ 2 pm - 3 pm PT. Attendance is required.
  • Peer discussion groups (participants must attend one discussion group per week.):
    • Course 2: Apr 17 (3 pm & 7 pm), 22 (11 am & 4 pm), 23 (10 am & 2 pm)
    • Course 3: May 5 (3 pm & 7 pm), 6 (11 am & 4 pm), 7 (10 am & 2 pm)
    • Course 4: May 15 (3 pm & 7 pm), 20 (11 am & 4 pm), 21 (10 am & 2 pm)

Selected participants are expected to be notified by end of day March 28, 2025. Participants must complete an orientation module and pay the program fee by end of day April 4, 2025.

Applications for the Spring 2025 cohort will open from July 28 - August 25.

BIS Program:

Industry Essentials

Spring 2025 Cohort begins May 7 and finishes June 4, 2025.

  • The optional live webinar is scheduled for May 22 at 5 pm - 6 pm ET/ 2 pm - 3 pm PT.

Selected participants are expected to be notified by end of day April 28, 2025. Participants must complete an orientation module and pay the program fee by end of day May 6, 2025.

Applications for the Spring 2025 cohort will open from March 17 - April 22.
