Our programs are open to individuals interested in a career in the life sciences industry, either currently employed or working/training in academia, with a view to transitioning to commercial organizations.
Priority will be given to participants residing in Canada.
BIS Program:
This program is designed for graduate students or individuals with at least a B.Sc. or equivalent degree who are interested in pursuing or already employed in roles in biopharma R&D and innovation.
Applications for the Spring 2025 cohort will be open February 24 - March 25
BIS Program:
This program is designed for post-secondary students or early-career life sciences professionals without a background in science who are interested in roles that support innovation or are adjacent to R&D.
Applications for the Spring 2025 cohort will be open March 17 - April 22
The program fees support adMare’s ability to offer these programs and help to cover some of the costs associated with the curriculum and program delivery.
Limited number of participants per cohort.

Selected participants are expected to be notified by end of day March 28, 2025. Participants must complete an orientation module and pay the program fee by end of day April 4, 2025.
Applications for the Spring 2025 cohort will open from July 28 - August 25.
