The Executive Institute is a custom-designed program focused on advancing leadership capacity amongst life sciences professionals in Canada. This program offers a unique opportunity to develop your leadership skills alongside other leaders in the industry and learn from their experiences specific to the Canadian life sciences ecosystem. By participating in the program, you will be joining an elite network of trainees and alumni leading innovation in life sciences across Canada.
The BioInnovation Scientist (BIS) Program provides online training to enable early-career scientists to develop the skills needed to succeed in the Canadian life sciences industry. Our introductory-level Foundations curriculum provides learners with the opportunity to acquire fundamental knowledge in therapeutics development while simultaneously building their professional skills and networks through exercises and interactions with other participants.
Fellowship and Undergraduate Programs offer research-intensive roles with hands-on bench work in adMare’s therapeutic development laboratories.
In addition to contributing to the development of therapeutic programs, participants’ on-the-job training is supplemented with learning and development initiatives to advance the understanding of the therapeutic development lifecycle and professional skills acquisition.
The adMare Academy is the lead national partner for the Canadian Alliance for Skills and Training in Life Sciences (CASTL), working in close collaboration to build the talent urgently needed in Canada’s biopharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
CASTL is the exclusive provider in Canada of training curriculum licensed by the National Institute for Bioprocessing Research and Training (NIBRT), a world-class program for the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry. In partnership with academia, industry, and governments, CASTL offers multiple applied learning streams and pathways for individuals to acquire hands-on technical training, theoretical knowledge, and professional skills.
