Exclusive Sneak Peek: New adMare Innovation Centre in Mount Pleasant

You are invited to join a select group of industry leaders for an exclusive “sneak peek” ahead of the official launch—an inside, behind‑the‑scenes tour of the new adMare Innovation Centre in Mount Pleasant.

This highly specialized, sustainability-friendly, 30,000 SF facility seamlessly integrates wet lab and office space to support leading‑edge and early‑stage life sciences and research companies in Vancouver. Designed by adMare in collaboration with Chernoff Thompson Architects and built by Turner Construction, the adMare Innovation Centre accommodates a wide range of research size requirements, various lab designs, and office requirements.

Guests will enjoy a comprehensive guided tour of the entire facility, with mechanical and electrical engineers on hand, along with representatives from adMare, CBRE and Chernoff Thompson Architects, to provide insight and answer questions throughout the walk‑through.

This is a rare first look at what will soon become home to the future of life sciences in Vancouver. Photography is encouraged—feel free to capture and share your experience.

Following the tour, we’ll continue the conversation at a nearby Mount Pleasant establishment for drinks with industry peers—a great opportunity to connect, unwind, and experience the neighborhood that surrounds the Innovation Centre.
