To maximize the group learning experience, all participants must attend all in-person program sessions. Program attendance requires your full focus and commitment during these in-person workshops, with regular breaks provided for meals and refreshments. 

Before applying, applicants should ensure their calendar is free of conflicts for the session dates and confirm with their leaders that they will be able to block time away from work.
